My name is Felicia Ang, and I’m the realtor behind the brand - Angfeliciahomes.

My Background:
I hold a business diploma with a foundation in sales and marketing, international business economics, analysis, and finance. I also graduated with a degree in events and hospitality.Over the years, I’ve built diverse experience across events, marketing, sales, and the F&B industry — and even started a few small side businesses as a passion project during my free time.These experiences shaped me how i work today with focus and practicality, solving problems as they come and guiding my clients with clear, grounded advice.

My 'Why':
In life, we encounter people who guide us at the right moment—those who open doors we didn’t even know existed. For me, I’ve been very lucky to have a few important figures introducing me to this real estate industry. They shared their experiences, offered advice, and opened my eyes to opportunities I wouldn’t have noticed on my own.What truly fascinates me most is the power of compounding in real estate - how small, consistent actions today can create meaningful growth over time. Imagine two people starting with the same savings and mindset: ten years later, one owns a small home, and the other has built a their own property portfolio. It is not overnight success—it’s patience, planning, and making informed choices that create long-term security.So just as others guided me, I want to pay it forward by doing the same for my clients. Of course, it may not happen with everyone, but this is the mindset I carry into my work. I don't see myself as the agent who simply waits to be told what to do. I believe in taking initiative—spending the time, focus, and energy to really study each situation, explore what’s possible, and lay out the options clearly so my clients can make confident choices just as how I’d want them presented to me if I'm the client. I enjoy this work and at the end of the day when I see my clients achieve something they never thought they could, that’s when I feel the most fulfilled. And that’s when I know my hard work has truly paid off.

Before we dive deeper into property talk, I would like to start with one simple question because it sets the tone for your whole journey. And that is - ' What's your Why? 'Why are you looking at properties?
Why do you want to buy this property?
Why do you want to upgrade or change your living space?
Why do you care about property trends and market insights?
Why are you researching your home's value?For some, the reason is simple and clear — they want a home to call their own. For others, it’s about creating space for family, building a safety net, save for rainy day, preparing for retirement, or growing their wealth for the future. And for some, it could be holding a property for a certain period before selling it to make a profit.The reality is, the property journey can be very overwhelming. It can be noisy, disruptive, and emotional. There will be market news, opinions from well-meaning friends, and even second-guessing from your loved ones. I have seen many people lose sight of their why in the midst of all this. They get caught up in numbers, doubts, and pressure as they begin to ask themselves - “What am I doing? Was this the right choice? Why did I even sign up for this?” especially when things go wrong or don't go their way as planned.Just one small whisper of doubt is enough to shake weeks or months of steady resolve. And when that happens, it is very easy to feel lost or even give up altogether, missing opportunities that could have made a real difference. For example, I have seen clients give up halfway through a good ballot queue during the purchase of a new unconstructed property unit, simply because emotions took over. If they had stayed firm, they could have secured a unit that would fetch a strong price just a few years later.Knowing your why is very important. And when you do, it keeps you focused. You’ll make decisions with much more confidence, stay grounded when things get noisy, and remind yourself what truly matters. It gives you the clarity and purpose to push through challenges without losing sight of the bigger picture.At the end of the day, your 'why' is your anchor and compass. By holding on to it, it guides and shapes everything you do.
